PAYMENT
Payment for sessions must be made in advance of the start of a session.
CANCELLATIONS
In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must reach out to steven@z-moves.com or (323)968-5289 at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or you will be charged or forfeit the value of that session. Excessive cancellations or rescheduling may result in forfeit of standing appointments and package pricing.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS
Z Moves does not offer refunds or credits, so please be sure that services will match your needs before committing through payment.
All payments are final.
EXPIRATION DATE
All previously cancelled outstanding paid sessions must be used within 30 days of cancellation.
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Clients agree that any information obtained during any training session will remain confidential and proprietary; this confidentiality will extend beyond the length of the client/trainer relationship. Recording of any kind is strictly forbidden for virtual training.
