Virtual sessions take place via Zoom, offering an accessible and effective way to achieve your movement goals. These sessions are as productive as in-person meetings, providing a comprehensive view of your body's movements and ensuring you receive personalized guidance. We will develop customized strategies tailored to your needs, and your brains unique response, guiding you through each movement to maximize your results.
Upon confirming your schedule, you'll receive a link for your session. To ensure a productive experience, I recommend having a space where you can work safely without interruptions. You will need a yoga or exercise mat and some common household items as props. The most frequently used prop is a towel, but you may also be asked to use other items like yoga bricks and tension bands to enhance your workout.
Each virtual session lasts 55 minutes and includes a recording available for one week, allowing you to review and reinforce your training. If you're unsure if virtual training is right for you, take advantage of a free consultation call to discuss your needs and set up your space.
